Service Agreement

By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Thrive Gardening provides garden design, landscaping, and consultation services in the Pacific Northwest region.

Service Scope

• Garden design consultations and planning services
• Landscaping installation and maintenance

• Irrigation system design and installation
• Seasonal garden maintenance programs

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate property information and access
• Obtain necessary permits for hardscape installations
• Maintain installed plants according to our care guidelines
• Notify us promptly of any concerns with our work

Warranty and Limitations

We provide a one-year warranty on plant materials and installation workmanship under normal conditions. Warranty excludes damage from extreme weather, neglect, or third-party interference.

Payment Terms

Design consultations require 50% deposit. Installation projects require 30% deposit with balance due upon completion. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
